We set up a diet plan individually adapted according to your goals and conditions so that you have good conditions for success. Your complete diet plan includes suggestions for what you can eat, recipes for different dishes and their nutritional content. You get tips on what you need to think about and learn how you can eat healthily yourself. We start with you filling in a health declaration with your goals and personal information. Then you record what and when you eat for three days so we get a starting point about your situation and can make a plan that suits you. With that in mind, you get a diet plan you can follow throughout the period to make it as easy as possible. The diet chart is a guide, not an instruction on exactly what to eat.
