About

The program for those who have not worked out at the gym before or who have only worked out very little. The program is made up of basic exercises and trains large parts of the body each session. Since it is a program for beginners, it should be easy to follow without any frills, so it consists of two different sessions that you do every other time with at least one rest day in between. ATTENTION! it is not an individual program just for you, but a ready-made program that is made to suit most people. Of course with coaching throughout the program period to ensure you achieve optimal results. Every week you send a report on how you think your training is progressing and you get feedback with tips and answers to any questions.
