The program for you who have been training for a while and want to take your training to the next level. The program is 12 weeks long with coaching throughout the program period to ensure you achieve optimal results. Every week you send a report on how you think your training is progressing and you get feedback with tips and answers to any questions. The program is made up of basic exercises and isolation exercises so that you train different muscle groups each training session and give the body the opportunity to recover. Since it is a more advanced program for you who have already trained for a while, it is assumed that you have mastered the technique for most exercises. You will train 4 times per week and the training sessions are about 1 hour long. The focus is on hypertrophy (building muscles) and you train the whole body to get a good body composition. ATTENTION! it is not an individual program just for you, but a ready-made program that is made to suit most people.
